The Dublin Catholic Diocesan Trust is to sell St Kilian's Hall in Greystones, Co Wicklow. The Ross McParland agency expects to secure in excess of £200,000 for the hall, when it goes to auction on July 7th. The hall is well-located on Trafalgar Road, close to Greystones Harbour. The 4,000 sq. ft building includes a large hall with stage and meeting rooms. Eamonn Foley, of the agency, says the hall has obvious development or refurbishment possibilities for a wide variety of uses.
