Hamilton Osborne King is seeking in the region of £8 million (€10.16m) for a data centre at Clonshaugh Industrial Estate in Dublin l7. The 80,000 sq ft building is let to Cityreach International, an internet service company, at a rent of £640,000 (€812,800) per annum.

The building is rented under two 25-year leases running from May, 2000, and January, 2001. There is provision for a break clause in the 15th year. A price of £8 million would produce an initial yield of 7.4 per cent. The block was developed by a UK company, Rivergreen Developments plc.
