The Collen Group plans to proceed with a large office development on the former Wiggins Teape premises at East Wall Road, Dublin 3. Collen is to provide 353,840 sq ft of office space in four blocks varying in height from two to six storeys. Almost 500 car-parking spaces will be available. Collen paid in the region of £7 million for the building which stands on about 3.5 acres. The site adjoins another new office development carried out by the company.
