Two interesting commercial businesses have come on the market in the provinces - Halpin's Hotel in Kilkee, Co Clare, and Spinners Town House and Bistro at Castle Street, Birr, Co Offaly.

Lisney is quoting a guideline £850,000 for Halpins which has 12 en suite bedrooms and planning permission for 245 new bedrooms and a conference room. The hotel is located in a tax designated area.

In Birr, Gunne expected to secure in the region of £450,000 to £500,000 for Spinners which has an excellent restaurant and guesthouse in a number of newly restored Georgian buildings. The restaurant can seat up to 50 people.
