A business consortium has paid about £900,000 for three interconnecting buildings at 15/17 Merchants Quay, Dublin 2, with the intention of refurbishing them and converting them into offices and apartments. The sale includes 12 car-parking spaces in a multi-storey car-park at the rear. The city planners are currently considering a planning application to remodel the three houses to accommodate a 46 apartments. The sale was handled by Hamilton Osborne King.
