Investing In France:Properties in the Cote d'Azur in France are being showcased at a property show this week in Dublin's Burlington Hotel.
World Homes & Investments is marketing its top 20 developments on the Cote D'Azur including schemes in Nice, Juan Les Pins, Antibes and Cannes.
Of particular interest to Irish buyers, according to World Homes's Bernie Ennis, will be Golf Antibes, a development of 18 luxury apartments overlooking a golf course 10 minutes' drive from the centre of Antibes. Prices range from €231,000 for a 38sq m (414sq ft) one-bed apartment up to 75sq m (807sq ft) three-bed apartments with 17sq m (183sq ft) terraces from €387,000.
In the centre of Nice, next to newly revamped Place Massena, is Jardin Pastorelli, an apartment development with interior gardens. Units here range from studio apartments from €160,000 to one and two-beds from €278,000 and €492,000; there are four two-bed townhouses with gardens from €576,000. A management company can arrange long and short-term rentals.
La Madrid, a luxury development of 27 apartments in Cannes five minutes' walk from the beach on the Croisette, will also be on show. Prices range from €423,000 for one-bed apartments with large terraces to two-bed apartments with terraces from €568,000. The show runs from today to Saturday.
