Crown Park Villa is being sold through Sherry FitzGerald with an asking price of €400,000. It is on Montenotte Road, up on the hills of Cork. But the four-bedroom house is tired and in need of much work.

The new home has been designed by Cork-based Kiosk Architects and the build has been valued between €325,000 and €375,000.

The design envisages an open-plan living area incorporating a large lounge and kitchen/dining space with adjoining desk area on the top floor.
