Design by architects Opperman Associates is cutting-edge, with lots of steel and chrome detail and very smart bathrooms. The specification includes Scandinavian pine windows, cream and white paintwork, brushed chrome door handles and recessed lighting. Custom-designed kitchens come with stainless steel splashbacks and brushed steel handles.
Each apartment has a balcony and is pre-wired for surround sound.
Landscaping of the entrance and grounds at Lissadel Wood is well advanced, with a stand of mature trees lining the main avenue.
Greens, paved walkways and seating are also planned.
Free parking is communal. Developer Collen has built a number of high-profile buildings around the country, including the RDS Main Hall, Kylemore Abbey in Connemara and Howth Yacht Club.
