Sales Results: Less than two weeks after it went on the market with a guide of €3.75 million, a large detached house on Dalkey Avenue, Dalkey, Co Dublin has been sold before auction.
Lisney fetched a price believed to be close to €5 million for Merdon, the seven-bed at the foot of Killiney Hill which has views of Dalkey Hill and Dublin Bay.
Lisney also topped the auction table yesterday when it fetched a strong price after auction of about €4.6 million for Ashton, a refurbished Victorian two-storey over basement house at The Hill in Monkstown.
