The Wicklow Arms licensed premises in Delgany, Co Wicklow, is expected to make between £2 million and £2.5 million when it is auctioned early in March by joint agents Gunne and Banks & Co. It will be the first important sale of its kind this year. The premises, which are in an excellent location, comprise a ground floor lounge, bar and restaurant of 3,000 sq ft, a function room of 2,500 sq ft, fully equipped kitchens, two adjoining shops and a three-bedroom home.
