Bray: from €1.6m: Buyers intending to upgrade in the north Wicklow area have another chance from today to view North Shore, a small development of five-bedroom houses with plenty of living space for families.

The Bray office of Jackson-Stops is handling the sale of the last TWO? houses, each on about an acre. Two of the three houses are at the top of the site with good views.

Prices are €1.6 million and €1.7 million, with the landscaped and furnished showhouse asking €1.85 million.

As the name suggests, North Shore is on the approach road to Greystones coming from Bray, elevated above the sea and with good views of the harbour and countryside. The 13-acre site is within walking distance of the north beach of Greystones harbour.

With just a half season under its belt, the grounds are beginning to mature and several young families have moved in.
