Sales Results:Lisney fetched a strong price of €3.15 million at a well attended auction yesterday for Sleepy Hollow, 5a Temple Villas, Palmerston Road, Dublin 6, a three-bed redbrick detached house.
The Advised Minimum Value (AMV) was €2.8 million. Bidding opened at €2.5 million and the property went on the market at €2.9 million with two bidders fighting it out until the hammer eventually fell at €3.15 million.
Meanwhile, a five-bedroom period house - Ardlui, Dungriffin Road, Howth, Dublin 13 - sold at auction yesterday for €1.8 million through Savills HOK.
