Also in Foxrock, Sherry FitzGerald is seeking £355,000 for Avonree, a three-bedroom bungalow at Springfield Park, following its withdrawal from auction. A three-bedroom semi-detached house at 72 Thornhill Road, Mount Merrion, made £330,000 through Turley & Associates. In Blackrock, 2 Anglesea Avenue, a three-bed semi, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £295,000. Also in Blackrock a three-bedroom bungalow, 41 Fairyhill, was withdrawn from auction by Sherry FitzGerald, which is now seeking £375,000. Sherry FitzGerald also withdrew 6 Brooklawn House, a one-bedroom duplex apartment, from auction. In Monkstown, a two-bedroom semi-detached house at 6 The Slopes was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £310,000. In Glenageary, 54 Glenageary Park, a five-bedroom detached house, fetched £310,000 at a Lisney auction. In Dalkey, a four-bedroom detached house, Dun Eibhir, on Knocknacree Road, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £775,000. Also in Dalkey, 8 Corrig Road, a two-bedroom cottage was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Lisney.

A two-bedroom townhouse at 13 Village Gate, Dalkey, was withdrawn from auction by Sherry FitzGerald. It had been expected to make over £225,000. In Harold's Cross, 101 Kenilworth Park, a three-bedroom terraced house, was sold at auction for £260,000 through Lisney. In Rathfarnham, Dublin 14, 25 Kilvere, Butterfield Avenue, a three-bedroom semi-detached house, was sold at auction for £320,000 through Sherry FitzGerald. A three-bedroom semi-detached house at 5 Anne Devlin Road, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14, was withdrawn and sold later for £230,000 by Sherry FitzGerald.

In Loughshinny, north Co Dublin, a four-bedroom bungalow at 3 Loughshinny Bay was sold at a Sherry FitzGerald auction for £240,000. In Co Meath, a 126-acre farm at Marshallstown, Kilmessan, was sold at auction for £720,000 through Raymond Potterton. Also in Co Meath, the same agent had three more auctions. In Clonard, Arranmore House, a four-bedroom farm house on 12.5 acres, made £247,000. A semi-detached two-bedroom cottage on the Trim road, at Kildalkey, sold for £73,000, while seven estate cottages, at Woodbine Cottages, Carrollstown, Trim, made £430,000. In Co Kildare, 7 Pound Street, Maynooth, a mid-terraced townhouse, was sold at auction for £96,000 by Brady & Co. Also in Co Kildare, a four-bedroom bungalow on 0.33 acres at Oliver Plunkett Road, Ballymore Eustace, was withdrawn at £150,000 and is under negotiation through Colm McEvoy. Grouse Lodge, a six-bedroom house on over five acres at Rosemount, Co Westmeath, was sold prior to auction for over the guide price of £250,000-plus by Hamilton Osborne King. A site on the Mountrath Road, Portlaoise, Co Laois, was sold at auction for £230,000 by North. In Longford, The Anvil Bar, at Centenary Square, was withdrawn at £470,000 by McDonagh Casey. In Dundalk, Co Louth, Kincora House, a three-storey guesthouse at Seatown Place, was sold at auction for £350,000 by Sherry FitzGerald Carrol.
