In Blackrock, 2 Anglesea Avenue, a three-bed semi, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £295,000. Also in Blackrock a three-bedroom bungalow, 41 Fairyhill, was withdrawn from auction by Sherry FitzGerald, which is now seeking £375,000. Sherry FitzGerald also withdrew 6 Brooklawn House, a one-bedroom duplex apartment, from auction. In Monkstown, a two-bedroom semi-detached house at 6 The Slopes was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £310,000. In Glenageary, 54 Glenageary Park, a five-bedroom detached house, fetched £310,000 at a Lisney auction. In Dalkey, a four-bedroom detached house, Dun Eibhir, on Knocknacree Road, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £775,000. Also in Dalkey, 8 Corrig Road, a two-bedroom cottage was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Lisney.
