Estate agent Billy O'Sullivan expects to secure about £750,000 for two commercial investments in Dublin and Cavan. Both units are rented by Kwik Fit (GB) Ltd. The 2,516 sq ft Dublin building is located at Clanbrassil Street and is producing a rent of £25,000 per annum. It is held under a 35year lease from 1995 and a rent review due in nine months is expected to produce a significant reversion. In Cavan, the 2,661 unit at Pullamore Business Park is leased for 25 years from 1997 at a rent of £17,500 per annum. The Kwik Fit group has an annual turnover of over £500 million and was recently taken over by the Ford Motor Company.
