Dublin publican Pat Colgan has acquired the Rosnaree Hotel, near Drogheda, Co Louth, for about £1.6 million. The 20-bedroom hotel was rebuilt in recent years and has an extensive nightclub. The hotel stands on about seven acres. Gunne handled the sale.
