The former telephone exchange opposite the Long Walk in Dundalk, Co Louth, is expected to make in the region of £600,000 when it is sold shortly by GVA Donal O Buachalla on behalf of An Post. The 13,000 sq ft building ranges from one to three storeys and stands on a site of 0.9 of an acre. The agents say the buildings are suitable for conversion to retail, office and residential uses or could, alternatively, be cleared for an entirely new development.
