Twenty-five apartments in a scheme in Fairview come to the market this weekend with prices down on 2007.

Brian Dwyer and Partners is handling the sale of Fairview Close in Dublin 3. The scheme has a great village location, fronting onto both Fairview Strand and Richmond Avenue.

Developed by Ellen Construction, the scheme will comprise 148 apartments in four blocks when complete.

It was first launched off plans in 2006 and some people, mostly young professionals, have already moved into the first two blocks.

The third block of apartments is now complete and the prices are lower than those first launched off plans in 2007, when nine units were sold.

Now 25 apartments are being released with prices up to €55,000 lower.

Prices start at €295,000 for one-bedroom apartments, down from €325,000. Two-bedroom units cost from €395,000; last year they cost €450,000. Three-bedroom units cost €480,000, down from €520,000.

All apartments come with one car-parking space, kitchen appliances and timber floors.

Most homes have balconies and all two and three-bedroom units have en suites.

Apartments in this launch will be ready for occupation this June, according to the selling agent.

Fairview Close is within walking distance of the IFSC and the quays. Car access to the scheme is from Richmond Avenue and there will be a pedestrian entrance from Fairview Strand.
