Co Meath: from €350,000: Four and five-bedroom houses go on sale today at Townparks Manor, a new scheme by Kingscroft Developments off Athboy Road in the heritage town of Kells, Co Meath.
Selling agent Carty Property Advisors is quoting prices from €350,000 for three-storey four-bedroom semis of 151sq m (1,620sq ft). Four-bedroom detached houses of 182sq m (1,960sq ft) cost from €470,000. Five-bedroom detached houses of around 214sq m (2,300sq ft) start at €560,000.
Nineteen houses are on offer in this phase, out of 59 in the entire development. Available today are 10 four-bedroom detached houses, five three-storey four-bed semis and four of the largest five-bedroom detached houses. A five-bedroom showhouse opens for viewing at 2pm today.
Families relocating from the city are likely to be strongly represented among buyers at Townparks Manor. Traditionally designed with brick facades and bay-windowed sittingrooms, these houses come with fair-sized gardens and a high-spec finish.
Interiors feature a large sittingroom with smart open fireplace, linking through partly-glazed doors to a formal diningroom. This in turn opens to a kitchen-breakfastroom with custom-designed kitchens.
Upstairs, four-bed semis and five-bed detached houses come with en suites off two bedrooms. The three-storey houses include a top floor main bedroom with en suite. Wardrobes are fitted in all but the smallest bedroom.
Completions are from July onwards, says the selling agent.
