Co Wexford: from €159,950 A new phase of houses and apartments near Wexford town goes on sale this weekend to coincide with the opening of two new show units.

Clonard Village will comprise around 300 homes, in a mix of apartments and two, three and four-bedroom houses. The scheme will also have shops, cafés, offices, medical centre and crèche.

To date, 100 homes have been sold and this phase comprises 50 two-bedroom apartments and houses.

Joint agents Hooke & MacDonald and Property Partners John W Corish are offering two-bed apartments from €159,950, two-bed houses from €172,500, three-bed houses from €198,000 and four-bed houses from €202,000.
