The 135th exhibition by the Dublin Painting and Sketching Club will be open to the public for two weeks from Monday at the Concourse Gallery in the County Hall, Dun Laoghaire. More than 80 contemporary Irish artists are taking part and the selling exhibition features some 290 works, including oil and watercolour paintings, pastels, lithographs, etchings and drawings, with prices "from around €200".
Admission is free, 10am to 5pm daily until Sunday, April 21st, and related events include “art critique sessions for non-member artists to have samples of their works evaluated; guided tours of the exhibition; and demonstrations by exhibiting artists”.
