ONE of Dublin's oldest newsagents, Fitzpatricks, at 4 Lower Leeson Street, which has been in operation for 36 years, is to be sold following the decision of the owners to retire from business. Gunne is quoting a guideline price of £350,000 for the Georgian building and the business, which go to auction on May 15th. The ground floor shop has a floor area of 673 square feet and there is also a separate basement coffee shop. There are two-bedroom apartments on each of the three upper floors.
