On Ailesbury Road, Finnegan Menton fetched just over £2 million after auction for 23 Ailesbury Road, a large Victorian terraced redbrick, following its withdrawal at £1.85 million.

In Ballsbridge, a three-bed mews at 60 Heytesbury Lane made £430,000 through Gunne.

Hamilton Osborne King sold 52 Wilfield Road, Sandymount, a four-bedroom semi-detached house at auction for £351,000. Gunne fetched a strong price of £222,000 for 2 Bath Avenue Gardens, a three-bedroom semi-detached house off Bath Avenue. Nearby a two-bedroom mid-terraced house in need of modernisation at 48 O'Connell Gardens, made £178,000 through Bennetts. In Dublin 2, 46 Percy Place, a three-bedroom mid-terrace house, was sold prior to auction for a price believed to be over £240,000 by Billy O'Sullivan Auctioneers.

Sherry FitzGerald secured a strong price of £1.46 million at auction for 11 St James's Terrace, 22 Clonskeagh Road, a two-storey over garden level seven-bedroom house. In Ranelagh, 47 Upper Beechwood Avenue, a four-bedroom semi, was sold prior to auction by Billy O'Sullivan for a price believed to be about £340,000. Also on Upper Beechwood Avenue, Number 25, a semi-detached four-bedroom house, was withdrawn at £250,000 and sold later for a higher price through Ganly Walters. Nearby at 11 Rugby Road, a three-bedroom mid-terrace house, made £202,000 through Sherry FitzGerald. In Rathgar, The Manse House, a detached five-bedroom house at 71 Brighton Road, made £655,000 through Sherry FitzGerald. Ardeen, a five-bedroom detached bungalow at Rocky Valley, Kilmacanogue, was withdrawn at £330,000 and is under negotiation through Gunne.
