St James House, a five-storey corporate headquarters at Adelaide Road, Dublin 2, is available to let by assignment following the decision by the existing occupants, human resources and employee benefits consultants Mercer Ltd, to move to larger offices. Jones Lang LaSalle is handling the transaction.
The 19,279 sq ft block was built in 1990. It has a rent of £650,000 - equating to £32 per sq ft - following a review last October and is expected to attract a premium of around £250,000. The building is owned jointly by John Ronan and AIB Investment Managers.
