IN CARLOW, Hamilton Osborne King is quoting £300,000 for former Garda station at Tullow Street, Carlow, which is to be auctioned on April 10th. The three-storey building was first let to the RIC in 1886 and remained in public ownership up to now, having been used for the past two years as a customs and excise office and a driving test centre.

The sale also includes converted coach-houses on a site of one-third of an acre.
