Gunne Residential secured £637,000 at auction for 4 Rus In Urbe, a double-fronted end-of-terrace four-bedroom house on Lower Glenageary Road, Glenageary, Co Dublin. In Booterstown, a two-bedroom townhouse at 80 Booterstown Avenue, was sold at auction for £230,000 by Harper O'Grady.

Elsewhere in Booterstown, 26 Hampton Crescent, a three-bedroom bungalow in St Helen's Wood was withdrawn at £340,000 and is under negotiation through Gunne Residential.

Still in Booterstown, a two-bedroom cottage at 9 Grotto Place, was sold at auction for £155,000 by Mason Estates.

In Dublin 18, a three-bedroom bungalow at 14 Springfield Park, Foxrock, was withdrawn by Tony Godsil, which is quoting £275,000.

A two-bedroom apartment, Apartment 53, Castlegate, Castle Street, Dublin 2, was sold at auction for £423,000 by Brian Dwyer & Partners. The price equates to £480 per sq ft, making it one of the most expensive apartments sold in the city centre.

In Sandymount, Dublin 4, Maderlea, a three-bedroom terraced house at 25 Newbridge Avenue, was withdrawn by McNally Handy & Partners.

IN Ranelagh, 7 Upper Cherryfield Avenue, a three-bedroom semi-detached house, was sold at auction for £265,000 through Gunne Residential.

Hamilton Osborne King is seeking £795,000 for 54 Highfield Road, Rathgar, a five-bedroom Edwardian house, following its withdrawal from auction.

Also in Rathgar, Sherry FitzGerald is seeking £525,000 for 42 Grosvenor Road, a three-bedroom Victorian house, following its withdrawal from auction.

A three-bedroom end-of-terrace house at 34 Lower Kimmage Road, Harold's Cross, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £250,000.

Dublin 14 and 16

A four-bedroom semi-detached house, Denvar, at 84 Roebuck Road, Clonskeagh, was sold at auction for £345,000 by Gunne Residential.

North Dublin

IN Malahide, two semi-detached three-bedroom houses, Sancta Maria, at Seamount Road, The Hill, were sold prior to auction in one lot for £500,000 by Kevin Flanigan Estates.

A three-bedroom house, Ashbury on Howth Road, Howth, was withdrawn by Hamilton Osborne King, which is quoting £350,000.

A two-bedroom cottage at 21 Seaview Terrace, Howth, Dublin 13, was withdrawn by Gunne Residential, which is quoting £265,000.

In Clontarf, Dublin 3, Dun Owen, a four-bedroom bungalow at 155 Seafield Road East, was sold after auction for over £480,000 by Sherry FitzGerald.

Also in Clontarf, 146 Dunluce Road, a three-bedroom semi-detached house, made £265,000 through Gunne Residential.

Herman White secured £235,000 at auction for 6 Marguerite Road, Glasnevin, a four-bedroom mid-terrace house in need of modernisation.

A three-bedroom mid-terrace house at 25 St Patrick's Road, Drumcondra, Dublin 9, was withdrawn by Douglas Newman Good which is seeking over £235,000.

A four-bedroom terraced house at 445 North Circular, Dublin 7, was withdrawn at £190,000 by Douglas Newman Good, which sold it later for a higher price.

At The Ward, Co Dublin, 27.5 acres The Wootton was sold at auction for £440,000 by Ronald Duff & Associates.

Wicklow

IN Enniskerry, three-bedroom Ceres Cottage, at Church Hill, was sold at a Lisney auction for £205,000.

Provincial

AN eight-bedroom country house, Rathkenny House, at Rathkenny, Navan, was withdrawn at £950,000 and is under negotiation through Keane Mahony Smith.

A seven-bedroom house on 4.5 acres, Crannmore, on Dunderry Road, near Navan, was withdrawn at £310,000 and sold later for a higher price through Sherry FitzGerald Royal.

A four-bedroom bungalow on 19 acres at Kilbrew, Ashbourne, was sold at auction for £439,000 through Ronald Duff & Associates.

T E Potterton sold three Co Meath properties at auction:

a 46-acre non-residential farm at Baltrasna, Drumree, was sold for £173,000;

a cottage on an acre at Galtrim, Summerhill, made £86,000;

a period house on five acres sold in two lots. Lot 1: the house on an acre sold for £90,000. Lot 2: four acres were withdrawn at £17,000.

Meanwhile a five-bedroom house, Carnaross, at Kells, was withdrawn at £240,000 by T & J Gavigan.

A three-bedroom farmhouse on six acres, Clonoughlis Farm, Ardclough, Straffan, Co Kildare, was sold at auction for £355,000 by Raymond Potterton.

A 66-acre farm at Clonmore, Edenderry, Co Offaly, was sold at a Coonan auction for £248,000.

In Galway, an eight-bedroom terraced house in need of repair at 16 Nuns Island, Galway was sold at auction for £253,500 by O'Donnellan & Joyce.

A three-bedroom house in Lahinch, Co Clare was withdrawn at £82,000, and is under negotiation through Paddy Browne.

A 0.5-acre site with planning permission for five townhouses at Whitechurch Road, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14, was sold at auction for £500,000 by Kinneally McAulliffe.

A former bank building at 1/2 Anglesea Buildings, Upper George's Street, Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Gunne Commercial.

The 25-bed Annamoe Nursing Home, at Meath Road, Bray, Co Wicklow, was withdrawn at £630,000 by H.J. Byrne.

In Howth, Co Dublin, a 0.25-acre site at Casana View, Thormanby Road, was sold at auction for £310,000 by Harper O'Grady.

In Dublin 1, 101 Parnell Street, a three-storey over basement commercial property, was sold prior to auction for over the guide of £380,000 by Colliers Jackson-Stops.

Also in Co Offaly, two commercial/residential properties in Tullamore were withdrawn at £415,000 and are under negotiation through Cowan Auctioneers.

In Kilkenny, The Dispensary, an office/ medical building at Friary Street, was sold at auction for £335,000 by Ganly Walters Boyd.

In Co Wexford, 10.5 acres of development land at New Ross, was sold at auction for £1.3 million by O'Gorman Auctioneers.

In Co Kerry, a 0.6-acre residential development site at Rathass, Tralee, was sold at auction for £260,000 by North & Co.

In Co limerick, a 3.25 acre residential site at Courtbrack avenue, Limerick, made £1.28 million at a North & Co auction.
