Also in Dalkey, a four-bedroom bungalow at 5 Old Quarry was sold at a Lisney auction for £499,000 (€633,599).
Lisney secured £540,000 (€685,658) at auction for 9 Newtownsmith, Sandycove, a four-bedroom terraced house.
Elsewhere in south Dublin, a four-bedroom semi-detached home at 7 Glenart Avenue, Blackrock has been sold at auction for a strong price of £861,000 (€1.09m) through Lisney.
Also in Blackrock, a four-bedroom detached house, 5 St Margarets on Cross Avenue, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald.
Meanwhile, 88 Carysfort Avenue, Blackrock a four-bedroom detached house, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £810,000 (€1.02m).
In Mount Merrion, a four-bedroom semi-detached house at 29 North Avenue was sold prior to auction for well in excess of the guide price of £420,000 by Lisney (€533,289).
In Foxrock, a four-bedroom detached house, Sandra on Bray Road, was withdrawn by Lisney which is quoting £615,000 (€780,888).
In Donnybrook, Dublin 4, 21 Belmont Avenue, a three-bedroom mid-terrace house was withdrawn by HOK Residential, which is quoting £525,000 (€666,612).
A cottage on 66 acres, Glendhu Cottage, Rockbrook, Dublin 16, was withdrawn at £130,000 (€165,065) by Jackson-Stops.

Sherry FitzGerald secured £420,000 (€533,289) after auction for 3 Casimir Avenue in Harold's Cross, Dublin 6W, a three-bedroom house situated in a cul-de-sac.
In Terenure, a five-bedroom semi-detached house at 74 Parkmore Drive was sold at a Douglas Newman Good auction for £360,000 (€457,105).
Lisney secured over £300,000 (€380,921) after auction yesterday for 41 Templemore Avenue, Rathgar, a four-bedroom terraced house.
A four-bedroom bungalow, Inis Ealga on Dartry Road, was withdrawn by Jackson-Stops which is quoting £575,000 (€730,099).
A three-bedroom semi-detached house, Barcul on Vergemount Park, Clonskeagh, was withdrawn at £390,000 (€495,197) by Sherry FitzGerald, which sold it later for £400,000 (€507,895).
In Ranelagh, a four-bedroom end of terrace house at 2 Osborne Terrace was withdrawn by Lisney, which is seeking £625,000 (€793,586).
A three-bedroom mews house called The Mews at the rear of 31 Mount Pleasant Square was withdrawn at £372,000 (€472,342) and sold later for a higher figure through Gunne Residential.
North Dublin
A four-bedroom semi-detached house at 23 Botanic Road in Glasnevin was withdrawn at £350,000 (€444,408) and sold later for a higher figure by Lisney.
In The Ward, Co Dublin six acres of agricultural land at Coolquoy was sold at auction for £300,000 (€380,921) through Ganly Craigie.
Wicklow
Remax-garden County sold a cottage on four acres in Rathdrum at auction for £172,000 (€218,394).
A 50-acre farm at Knocknaboley, Knockananna was auctioned in two lots by Kinsella Estates: Lot 1 comprising 36 acres with a two-storey house was sold after auction for over £170,000 (215,855) while Lot 3 with 13.5 acres and a three-room house in need of refurbishment was withdrawn at £70,000 (€88,881) and is under negotiation.
Private treaty
Coolbawn, one of the largest semi-detached houses on Ailesbury Road in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, has been sold for in the region of the quoting price of £3.5 million (€4.4m) through Sherry FitzGerald.
The 4,800 sq ft Victorian property was last offered for sale in 1992 with an asking price of £700,000 (€888,816). It has a large front garden, off-street parking and a detached garage.
On Butterfield Avenue in Rathfarnham, a five-bedroom terraced house was sold for £400,000 (€507,895) through Sherry FitzGerald.
Jackson-Stops has sold Moorpark House in Kilmacanogue, Co Wicklow for over £300,000 (€380,921). The three-bedroom house is situated just south of Kilmacanogue off the N11.
Across the city in Killester, 24 Killester Avenue, a three-bedroom bungalow, has made close to £340,000 (€431,710) through Sherry FitzGerald.
In Clontarf, Dublin 3, 29 Vernon Avenue, a three-bedroom semi-detached house, has sold for £260,000 (€330,131) through Herman White.
In Co Meath, The Glebe, a Georgian house on 16 acres in Julianstown, was sold for around the guide price of £900,000 (€1.14m) by Ganly Walters.

In Co Donegal, a seven-bedroom house, The Rectory in Buncrana, was sold at auction for £522,000 (€662,803) by Crana Financial Services.
In Co Kildare, a four-roomed cottage on 0.5 acres at Grange, Kilcock was sold at auction for £135,000 (€171,414) by Property Partners-Brady.
Also in Co Kildare, a five-bedroom bungalow on an acre, Fox Lodge, Kerdiffstown, Sallins, was withdrawn at £330,000 (€419,013) by Sherry FitzGerald-O'Reilly, which is seeking £350,000 (€444,408).
JJ Flood & Sons fetched £145,000 (€184,112) at auction for a 29-acre non-residential holding at Granard, Mostrim, Co Longford.

In Dublin 2, 6 Cope Street, Temple Bar, a commercial premises with a restaurant and planning permission for five apartments and an extra floor, was withdrawn at £1 million (€1.26m) by Hassett & Fitzsimons, which is seeking £1.4 million (€1.77m).
In Skerries, Co Dublin, The Black Raven public house on Church Street was withdrawn at £2.4 million (€3.04m) by John Younge.
In Navan, Co Meath, Hudsons Bistro, at 30 Railway Street, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Insignia Richard Ellis Gunne.
A newsagents premises, Hillside Stores, Kilcullen, Co Kildare, was withdrawn at £120,000 (€152,368) by Nolan & Brophy which is quoting £150,000 (€190,460).
A 2,775 sq ft three-storey corner building with retail at ground floor, Michael J Dorans at 73 Main Street, Gorey, Co Wexford, was sold at auction for £685,000 (€869,770) through Ben Kavanagh Auctioneers.
Elsewhere in Wexford, an industrial premises at Whitemill Industrial Estate, Clonard Avenue, Wexford Town was sold at auction for £390,000 (€495,197) through Kehoe & Associates.
