A new firm of estate agents, FQP, has been formed in Dublin by Peter Fitzpatrick and Suzy Quirke. Fitzpatrick has been with Fitzpatrick Estate Agents for some time while Ms Quirke has 12 years experience in the commercial sector with Jones Lang LaSalle, Irish Life and Lombard & Ulster. Fitzpatrick says many of their clients are looking for advice on portfolio diversification and they are directing them towards opportunities in the UK.
