Irish, French and UK companies specialising in French property, ranging from estate agents to legal and financial experts, have taken stands at a French property exhibition being staged this weekend by French Property News magazine.
The show is at the National Show Centre near Dublin Airport.
Agents with stands booked include VEF, Latitudes, Oui Can Do, Maison En France, A Place in France, Century 21, French Homes Direct, Conseil Patrimonie, Couleurs de France and Francophiles.
Legal and finance experts will be dispensing free advice and people will be on hand with practical hints on everything from restoring a French barn to installing a pool.
Unusually, properties for sale by owners will be featured. There will also be a book stand selling how-to books, maps and guides.
French Property News has a worldwide circulation of over 50,000 readers. Inside its pages, contributors based in France write about their experiences and there are sections on particular regions. The magazine sells by subscription only.
The French property exhibition is taking place at the National Show Centre, beside the Coachman's Pub at the Cloghran Roundabout at Dublin Airport. Opening hours are 10am to 6pm tomorrow and Saturday, 10am to 5pm on Sunday.
