The first phase of 30 two and three-bedroom houses and apartments at the Clonburris development in Clondalkin is being launched today off plans.
Two-bedroom apartments with 680 sq ft to 710 sq ft are priced from £140,000 (€177,763) and three bedroom townhouses with 1,084 sq ft and gardens start at £167,000 (€212,046). Construction has already begun at Clonburris with a completion date set for the end of this year.
Designed by architects Fenton-Simmons and built by Townpark Estates, Clonburris is located on a seven-acre site between the new and old Nagor roads in Clondalkin and will eventually have about 160 homes.
Interiors at Clonburris are designed to satisfy modern tastes for spacious living accommodation, large bedrooms, quality fittings and good specification. All homes qualify for the first-time buyers grant and owner occupiers are exempt from stamp duty. The development should appeal to young professionals and couples, as well as people trading down.
Clondalkin village is close by and is well-served by public transport.
It is also close to the LUAS line currently under construction while the M50 runs nearby with excellent access to the airport, city, shopping centres and the countryside.
Ross McParland will be taking bookings at the Donnybrook office from today.
