The agent estimates that rents for the units, which they say are a short stroll from Boston common and the city's financial district, range upwards from from $3,500 (€2,571) per month for one-beds.

The agent will recommend rental management companies to buyers as well as US solicitors and mortgage companies. The development is due for completion in spring 2009.

Apartments in the Rocky Mountains all-season resort of Fernie, dubbed "the coolest town in North America" by Rolling Stone magazine, are for sale from €442,000 (£299,000) through agent Pure International.
