A site for 32 apartments at 128/130 Botanic Avenue, Glasnevin, Dublin 9, was sold at a Douglas Newman Good auction last week for £2.4 million. An additional £280,000 was paid for an adjoining three-bedroom semi-detached house, the grounds of which will be used as the entrance to the apartment site. The price equates to £77,000 per apartment site, according to Conor Gallagher, of Douglas Newman Good.
