Bray: from €420,000:The last of three low-rise blocks in a small scheme on the Dublin side of Bray launches this weekend with Lennox Estates.

Wilford Court is off Corke Abbey Avenue, on the approach to Bray from Shankill and the N11. Connections are good in this location, with the N11, M50, Dart and Luas within easy reach.

The 12 units include one-bed own-door apartments at ground floor level and three-bed duplexes above. Private gardens come with the apartments and duplexes have balconies.

Prices start at €420,000 for one-bed apartments of 70sq m (754sq ft). Three-bed duplex units of 116sq m (1,250sq ft) cost from €675,000. The developer is Priorstate Construction and the architects are Gibbons & Associates.

Timber cladding and yellow brick, with cobbled communal areas, give an attractive exterior appearance. Interior finish is high spec, with Italian designer kitchens in cream gloss framed in walnut and quartz worktops. Integrated appliances include an oven, hob, extractor, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Quartz splashbacks are also fitted.

Bathrooms are fully tiled and sanitary ware is good. In the bedrooms, ivory wardrobes are encased in walnut.

Gardens with the ground floor apartments are a fair size and will be seeded. Duplex balconies are large enough to hold a table and chairs.

Construction is almost complete at Wilford Court and buyers can expect to move in when their purchase is completed, says the selling agent.
