Charlotte Swanson is quoting a rent of £70,000 for the retail unit which adjoins the Spar shop and Chartbusters video outlet. It is likely to appeal to specialists retailers such as arts and crafts, interior design or a florist. A rent of £25 per sq ft is being quoted for the ground floor of the office accommodation which has 4,488 sq ft. A lower floor with over 4,000 sq ft is expected to rent for half that figure.
