A spring bargain has to be historic Hillburn House, Hillburn, Taghmon, Co Wexford on 107 acres for which offers at over €1.25 million are being sought by the owners who are selling for health reasons.
The 107 acres are laid out in 10 divisions in a single lot all around the house which was built in 1795 and bounded by the Corach River and the Taghmon to Tottenhamgreen Road, 3kms from Taghmon village.
The property, which is bound to attract great interest in equestrian circles, was the birthplace of many famous racehorses, most notably the 2006 Aintree Grand National Winner Numbersixvalverde.
Surely one for a builder or indeed a plasterer with a love of the horses.
