Lisney fetched close to £1 million after auction for 37 Nutley Lane, Donnybrook, a refurbished four-bedroom semi-detached house. It was withdrawn from auction at £900,000.
Elsewhere in Donnybrook, a two-bedroom artisan cottage, at 38 Pembroke Cottages, was sold at a Gunne Residential auction for a strong price of £292,000.
In Ballsbridge, a pre '63 mid-terrace house in eight units at 81 Waterloo Road was sold at a Lisney auction for £790,000.
A two-bedroom terraced house at 24 Vavasour Square, Dublin 4, made £370,000 at a Ganly Walters auction. In Irishtown, Dublin 4, Lisney withdrew a three-bedroom end-of-terrace house at 5 Strasburg Terrace from auction at £260,000, and sold it later for around £280,000.
Dublin 6 and 8
In Rathmines, a two-storey over garden level four-bedroom period house at 8 Palmerston Road, was sold at auction for £1.64 million through Lisney. It was bought in trust by Daphne L Kaye & Associates.
In Ranelagh, a three-bedroom terraced house at 39 Cherryfield Avenue was withdrawn at £335,000 and is under negotiation through Cavan agent Barney Cully.
In Terenure, 14 Fortfield Grove, a three-bedroom semi-detached house was sold at auction for £365,000 by Flynn & Associates. A cottage in need of complete renovation at 3 Raymond Street, Dublin 8, was sold at auction for £178,000 by Lowe & Associates.
South Dublin
In Shankill, a four-bedroom detached house on just over an acre of grounds, Hazeldene, on Falls Road, was withdrawn by Ganly Walters, which is quoting £1 million.
In Kilmacud, Co Dublin, Lisney sold 10 Woodley Park, a three-bedroom semi-detached house after auction for a price believed to be over £250,000. Nearby at 134 Roebuck Road, a four-bedroom detached house was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £440,000.
A four-bedroom detached house at 115 Ballyboden Road, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14, was withdrawn at £337,000 and is under negotiation through Gunne Residential.
In Templeogue, Dublin 16, 36 Woodbrook Park, Templeogue, a four-bedroom semi-detached house, was withdrawn by Lisney, which is seeking £295,000.
In Booterstown, a four-bedroom semi-detached house at 76 Trimleston Gardens was withdrawn by Meldon & Sons, which is seeking £335,000.
North Dublin
A four-bedroom detached house, Suaimhneas, at 21 The Meadows, Howth Road, Raheny, Dublin 5, was withdrawn at £360,000, and sold later for a higher price through Sherry FitzGerald.
A five-bedroom detached house, Knocktarna, on Howth Road, Howth, was withdrawn at £600,000 last week and not at £700,000 as indicated by the agents, Douglas Newman Good. It has since been sold.
In Dublin 15, a six-bedroom detached house at 17 College Gate, Castleknock, was withdrawn by Flynn & Associates, which is seeking £510,000.
In north Co Dublin, a four-bedroom bungalow on 0.33 acres, at Ardcath, Garristown, Co Dublin, was sold at auction for £166,000 through Ronald Duff & Associates.
Provincial
In Co Wexford, joint agents Gunne Residential and Michael Kinsella secured a strong price of £370,000 at auction for Rosie's Cottage, at Tara Hill, Gorey, a three-bedroom cottage on 2.5 acres. Toole McKay sold 10 acres at Loughshinny, Skerries, at auction for £230,000.
Ferris O'Reilly secured £55,000 at auction for a semidetached cottage at Crosspatrick, Kilmeague, Co Kildare.
In Kinnegad, Co Westmeath, a cottage on half an acre at Main Street was withdrawn at £115,000 and is under negotiation through Duncan Auctioneers.
Also in Kinnegad, the same agent is seeking £180,000 for a three-bedroom bungalow at Dublin Road, following its withdrawal from auction at £140,000.
In Co Monaghan, Mason Lodge, a period house on 12 acres in Carrickmacross, was auctioned in two lots by Gartlan Auctioneers. The house on four acres made £147,000, while eight acres were withdrawn at £55,000 and are under negotiation.
An 86-acre non-residential farm at Derryshann, Coolmeen, Co Clare, was withdrawn at £185,000 and is under negotiation through Paddy Browne.

A 1,400 sq ft three-storey office building, Atlantic House, at 12 Clanwilliam Square, Grand Canal Quay, Dublin 2, was sold after auction for a price in excess of £600,000 by North & Co.
A shop property in need of modernisation at 34/34A Parkgate Street, in Dublin 8, was withdrawn at £325,000 and sold later for a higher price by North & Co.
An office property at 60 Merrion Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, was withdrawn at £850,000 and is under negotiation through Gunne Commercial.
In Tallaght, a bungalow on an acre, with industrial zoning, Cookstown House, Cookstown Way, was withdrawn by Lawford Auctioneers, which is quoting £800,000-plus.
A two-acre residential development site at Garristown Village, Garristown, Co Dublin, was sold at auction for £440,000 by Ronald Duff & Associates.
In Co Wicklow, Mason Estates withdrew the Vale View Hotel, on 10 acres, at Kilcashel, Avoca, Co Wicklow, at £1.55 million.
Near Enniscorthy, Co Wexford, seven acres of land with residential zoning at the Moyne was withdrawn at £550,000 by Kehoe & Associates, which sold it later for a higher price.
In Bunratty Village, the Creamery public house was withdrawn at £1.825 million and is under negotiation through Morrisseys.
Elsewhere in Co Clare, The Long Dock pub, at Carrigaholt, was withdrawn at £450,000 and is under negotiation through P J Broderick.
In Co Galway, Paddy Burke's pub, in Clarinbridge, was withdrawn at £2,150,000 and is under negotiation through Rooney.
A nine-acre site with planning for 97 houses, at Ballisodare, Co Sligo, was withdrawn at £2 million and is under negotiation through Peter Bennett.
Near Longford town, 9.3 hectares of land, with outline planning for 102 houses, was withdrawn at £1.5 million and is under negotiation through DTZ Sherry FitzGerald.
Sothern Estates sold Dobbins residential shop on Main Street, Stradbally, Co Laois, after auction for over £131,000.
John Fogarty Auctioneers sold O'Brien's Bar, in Tramore, Co Waterford, prior to auction for close to the guide price of £620,000.
Also in Waterford, a commercial property, with planning permission for a shop and four apartments, at 37 Stephen Street, Waterford, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through O'Shea O'Toole.
A supermarket and filling station, The Ambassador, on Arklow Road, Gorey, Co Wexford, was withdrawn at £450,000 by Warren Estates, which is quoting over £500,000.
In Wexford Town, the Pizza Cafe was sold prior to auction for close to the guide price of £350,000, through Kehoe & Associates.
A 1.23-acre site at Roscrea Town, Roscrea, Co Tipperary, was sold at auction for £310,000, by Druker Fanning & Partners.
