Sales Results:Sir Anthony O'Reilly was the big auction buyer of the week, snapping up 60-acre Hollyhill Stud, near Naas in Co Kildare for €7.4 million through Jordan Auctioneers. The media baron is thought to have bought the property for one of his daughters. In Dublin it was a disappointing week with no auction sales, but some private treaty results such as 48 Kenilworth Sq, D6 which sold for €3.2 m through DNG.
