A new phase of 30 houses aimed at first-time buyers come to the market this week.
Hampton Wood, St Margaret's Road, Dublin 11, a Dwyer Nolan development on a 41-acre site, will comprise over 1,000 units when completed. To date, over 500 homes have been built. The majority of units in the scheme will be houses.
Hooke & MacDonald are the selling agents for the development.
The scheme is designed with owner occupiers in mind and has prices to suit first-time buyers.
The rapidly-developing St Margaret's Road is close to Finglas village and six miles from the city. Dublin Airport and the M50 are nearby. In addition there is a huge mix of house and apartment options to chose from.
Two bedroom houses with 75-87sq m (810-940sq ft) are priced from €345,000. Three-bedroom houses and duplexes with 95-133sq m (1,020-1,430sq ft) of living space are priced from €350,000.
123-138sq m (1,330-1,485sq ft) four-bedroom houses are priced from €430,000. There is also a selection of two bedroom apartments available measuring around 66sq m (700sq ft) they are priced from €275,000.
All units have en suite main bedrooms. Houses have back gardens and there is plenty of car-parking.
Finish at the scheme is contemporary. Kitchens feature stone, timber, stainless steel and ceramic. Door handles are brush steel finish.
Previous schemes by Dwyer Nolan include St John's Wood, in Johnstown, Co Kildare and Dun Emer in Lusk, Co Dublin.
