Hunterswood: from €229,000Apartments are viewing this weekend at Hunterswood, Ellier Developments' ongoing project on Ballycullen Road, Firhouse, Dublin 24. Named Hunters Hall, this new section consists of 60 one, two and three-bedroom apartments in contemporary blocks of four to seven storeys high.

A number have sold quietly pre-launch and about 20 units are for sale in this phase. Selling agent Sherry FitzGerald New Homes is taking bookings at its Donnybrook offices.

One-bed apartments of 44.5 sq m (479 sq ft) on the first floor start at €229,000. Two-bedroom units of 68-78 sq m (734-840 sq ft) are priced from €283,000-€309,000. Three-beds from 80-81 sq m (861-872 sq ft) cost from €299,000-€314,000.

Ellier Developments has maintained a strong presence on the Ballycullen Road for the past seven years, building now established estates such as Woodstown Village and Knocklyon Gate.

The entrance gates of Hunterswood are directly across the road from Woodstown, allowing buyers to view the standard of finish achieved by Ellier Developments, who are well-known for their attention to landscaping. To date, over 450 units have been sold at Hunterswood.

The location close to the M50 and the Southern Cross route makes all parts of the city accessible by car. The new Dundrum Town Centre is one exit away along the M50.

Exteriors at Hunters Hall are a mix of traditional and contemporary materials, with timber window frames. Inside, the specification is good.

Cream and wood kitchens come complete with a full range of appliances and worktops that extend to the splashbacks. Ivory wardrobes are also standard and bathroom walls are tiled.

Each apartment has a glass-walled decked balcony. These vary in size, from basic sit-out to larger wraparound versions. Windows are large to allow maximum natural light to flow into the apartments. The Hunters Hall apartments should be ready to move into by late 2005 or early 2006.
