Sherry FitzGerald is looking for a tenant for the premises at a rent of £5.75 per square foot. The agents are reporting strong interest in the development following a decision by Value Centre, a wholesale cash and carry company and a subsidiary of BWG Foods, to lease a unit of 11,500 square feet at a rent of £60,000 per annum. The agents are also seeking a buyer for a headquarters building of 14,500 square feet at a selling price of £58 per square foot and a rent of of £5.75 per square foot.
The same agency is quoting £6 per square foot for a short letting of a 29,421-square-foot high quality unit at the Red Cow Business Park. The building includes 5,672 square feet of offices at two levels.
