Catch the last weekend of the sale which takes place from 11am to 4pm this Saturday and Sunday at Fragrances of Ireland (01-2867125 fragrancesofireland.com) in Kilmacanogue, Bray, Co Wicklow. It is located just past the entrance to Avoca Handweavers. Bargain Hunter readers who present today’s column can stock up on a basket of lavender goodies for €20 instead of the usual retail price of €27. The basket includes a lavender and wheat heat cushion, lavender hand cream, soap, scented plaster flowers and lavender oil perfect for the bath or to burn in rooms.
