The Gunne agency is to sell by private treaty two Dublin commercial investment properties, both of them occupied by tile retailers. Stefan Foster of the agency is quoting a guide price of over £900,000 for the Rocca Tiles unit at 28 Stillorgan Industrial Estate. The company is paying a rent of £38,000 for the 8,306 sq ft unit, which is held under a 35-year lease from 1989. There is a guaranteed rental increase to £60,000 per annum from next October.
In the Newtown Industrial Estate in Coolock, Dublin 5, Gunne expects to secure in excess of £550,000 for the TileBusters 5,000 sq. ft unit, which is rented at £42,500, which is due to increase to at least £51,000 from July, 2003.
