A Dublin investor has paid £1.45 million for a retail banking and office investment at 55 Main Street, Donnybrook, Dublin 4, in a deal that will produce a yield of 5.2 per cent. Agent Conor McCormick handled the sale. National Irish Bank is paying a rent of £34,000 for 1,500 sq ft on the ground floor, while All Ireland Media Ltd is paying £48,000 for 2,500 sq ft on two upper floors.
