A small group of investors are to pre-fund a £10 million high-tech building in Sandyford Industrial Estate in Dublin 18. Cavan developer P Elliott and Co expects to complete the 50,000 sq ft building early next year. Ronan Webster of Gunne will be seeking a rent of £16 for space in the five-storey block, Blackthorn House, at Bracken Road, which is due to be completed early next year.
