An underground parking space will cost an additional €50,000.

HT Meagher O'Reilly will be taking bookings on site at three show units from today.

The Ivory Building is pitched at the urban professionals who are following the many new businesses that have moved into the area.

Although investors may also be interested, with good strong rents here.

The hip and trendy show units have been fitted out by Macadam Roe Design with furniture from BoConcept.

The one-bedroom unit has been given a feminine feel with hot pink feature walls and black-and-pink polka dot stools.

The three-bedroom unit has been given a masculine theme with dark brown carpets and black and orange theme to the living area. Green and cream is the colour palate of the neutral two-bedroom unit.

All apartments have good storage and balconies. All bedrooms are doubles in the one and two-bedroom units. Three-bedroom apartments have two doubles and one single.

Kitchens have off white high gloss units, polished black granite worktops and integrated appliances.

There is a communal rooftop garden with decking, seating and fantastic views over the Docklands.

The scheme is being built by Haytonvale Developments, a Dublin-based consortium.

It comprises a new public square surrounded by the new hotel, an apartment block, and office block fronting onto Sir John Rogerson's Quay as well as the new offices of the ESRI.
