The Jeanie Johnston boatyard complex at Blennerville, Tralee, Co Kerry, is expected to make between £850,000 and £1.2 million (€1.14m -€1.71m) when it is auctioned by Eddie Barrett of North's on November 21st. There is around 11,000 sq ft of retail and offices and a workshop of 8,000 sq ft on a site of 4.3 acres.
