Two parcels of land at Kinsealy, near Malahide in north Dublin, have changed hands. A private investor has paid about £1.75 million for 80 acres and a house at Kinsealy Hall. The land is zoned for agricultural use but has long-term development potential.
Hamilton Osborne King and Druker Fanning were joint agents. In the same area, Sherry FitzGerald secured £172,000 for for a site of 6.5 acres at Kinsealy Lane. The site is zoned for agricultural use.
