Rathmichael is an affluent suburb with big modern houses clustered together in a number of cul-de-sacs off winding roads, each built individually in a variety of styles. An acre of ground is hard to find in a similar price bracket closer to Dublin, but this family house is a very accessible and idyllic place in which to raise children.

Proximity to the N11 and the newly opened stretch of the M50 mean reaching either the city or the airport is easy - both are about 40 minutes away and Dún Laoghaire, for example, is 15 minutes by car.
