Jackson-Stops McCabe is seeking £650,000 for 25 acres of development land with planning permission for 21 houses on 5.6 acres at Rednagh Road, Aughrim, Co Wicklow, following its withdrawal from auction.
A Statoil filling station at Tubbercurry, Co Sligo, was withdrawn at £320,000 and is under negotiation through McCarrick & Sons.
