South Dublin: from €335,000 The last phase of Rockfield in Dundrum launches today through the Finnegan Menton agency.

Prices start at €335,000 for three one-bed apartments of 63sq m (675sq ft). Twenty-six two-bedroom apartments of 80sq m (860sq ft) start at €480,000. The latter includes a couple of 111sq m (1,195sq ft) penthouses. The runaway success of this landmark Dundrum development is due to a number of factors.
