A leading law firm O'Donnell Sweeney is to move in December to the A & L Goodbody office block at Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2. The firm, which is currently based at Fitzwilliam Place, has paid a premium of around £260,000 for the leasehold interest in 22,000 sq ft of office space. O'Donnell Sweeney currently employs 30 lawyers and according to the chairman of the firm, Rory O'Donnell, it will be recruiting more solicitors to cope with business demands. Mr O'Donnell said the company was benefiting greatly from the vibrant Irish economy and for the past 18 months it had been seriously pressed for space. The new HQ would allow the company to recruit more solicitors and to increase business in line with its projections.
